From the villa, guests have a spectacular view of the marvellous azure waters, the settlement of Agia Triada and the olive tree fields.
The Rethymnon Villa for Rent Pelagos is tastefully designed with wicker and wooden furniture, stone and marble tiling. It is painted in pale, soothing colors that match the surrounding environment. The villa is comprised of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons. From the ground level rooms, the outdoor areas are accessed by sliding doors, stairs and ramps, especially installed for persons with kinetic disabilities.

First level:
- a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large mirror
- a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with skylights

- a very spacious veranda and a balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the mountainous countryside
Ground level:
- a bedroom with two twin beds
- a bathroom with a shower
- a large living room with a fireplace and a sitting area leading to the spacious veranda

Payment Terms:
In order to make a reservation at the Pelagos Villa in Agia Triada, Rethymnon, Crete, it is necessary that 30% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via:

21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, we will require the balance of the above mentioned amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 45 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client.
- 44 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
- 20 or 2 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded and an extra 20% of the total amount of the booking is charged.
- 2 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the booking is charged.
