The Asimenia Villa in Agia Triada, Rethymnon, Crete has three levels and is built in a contemporary architectural style, in shades of white and orange. It is surrounded by a stone-tiled veranda, a charming grassy yard and a stone-brick wall. From this holiday villa in Rethymnon Crete, guests have a spectacular view of the settlement of Agia Triada, the olive tree fields and the deep blue sea, placing it among one of the loveliest Crete Greece villas.
The Rethymnon Family Holiday Villa Asimenia is tastefully designed with wooden and leather upholstered furniture and marble tiling. It is painted in soft pinks and beiges that create a welcoming environment. It contains 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 persons. From the ground level rooms, the outdoor areas are accessed by sliding doors, stairs and ramps, especially installed for persons with kinetic disabilities.

First level:
- a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large mirror

Ground level:
- a bedroom with two twin beds
- a bathroom with a shower
- a large living room with a fireplace and a sitting area leading to the spacious veranda

Payment Terms:
In order to make a reservation at the Asimenia Family Crete Villa in Agia Triada, Rethymnon, Crete, it is necessary that 30% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via:

21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, we will require the balance of the above mentioned amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 45 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client.
- 44 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
- 20 or 2 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded and an extra 20% of the total amount of the booking is charged.
- 2 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the booking is charged.
