Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 45 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client.
- 44 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
- 20 or 2 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded and an extra 20% of the total amount of the booking is charged.
- 2 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the booking is charged.
