The Astro Villa Rental in Agia Triada, Rethymnon, Crete has three levels and is built in a modern architectural style, in shades of white and peach, with curved balconies and ceramic roofing. It is surrounded by a stone-brick wall, a stone-tiled veranda area and a lovely garden.
From this rental villa, guests have a spectacular view of the endless blue sea, the mountainous countryside, and the olive tree fields.
The Astro Rethymnon Villa for Rent is stylishly designed with wicker and wooden furniture, painted in soft pale shades and decorated in yellow, off white and beige. It includes 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Payment Terms:
In order to make a reservation at the Astro Villa in Agia Triada, Rethymnon, Crete, it is necessary that 30% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via:

21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, we will require the balance of the above mentioned amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 45 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client.
- 44 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
- 20 or 2 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded and an extra 20% of the total amount of the booking is charged.
- 2 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the booking is charged.
